Advent Watch

I love Christmas but are you, like me, sad that Christmas starts so early in the shops, and that it seems to peak too soon, somewhere around mid-December?  Do you struggle with feelings of being swamped by Christmas preparations?

Observing Advent is the antidote - come to 'Advent Watch'

Come and enjoy a haven of peace for an hour each week during the four weeks of Advent.  Each Wednesday evening during December, from 7-8 pm, I will be in a different church (see below) leading an Advent Watch.  Less a service, and more a quiet space, Advent Watch will be a time for personal prayer, meditation, music and calm to mark and celebrate Advent.  It will help you to prepare your heart and soul for the Ultimate Gift that Christmas brings - the true purpose of Advent.

1st December - Tansor

8th December - Fotheringhay

15th December - Southwick

22nd December - Cotterstock

Stay for an hour, stay for a few minutes.  There's no obligation to stay for the whole time; drop in as and when you can, for as long as you like.
